It’s a profoundly good feeling to have an update ❤️

While things aren’t entirely stable for me yet, I’m glad they’re moving in that direction. I’m working on getting the shop up and running again. I’ll be spending the next few days working my way through the shop email, and hopefully by the end of the weekend, I’ll be able to post a more detailed update.

On emails/messages: I will do my best to answer as many messages as possible. But for now, I’m prioritizing emails connected to missing orders, missing items, and any issues around refunds/cancellations. (I’m hoping there aren’t many of these, but honestly, my cognition was already kind of screwy this spring, and I know stuff slipped through the cracks.)

This spring, I had intermittent issues with the shop’s email hosting app, and the app got taken down from the Shopify store at some point while I was away. If you’re nervous that your email wasn’t received, feel free to reach out again or forward your sent messages to me—but to osmofolia@gmail.com instead of the usual shop email (info@osmofolia.com) just to be safe. This is just an optional alternative, forwarding is not required. I’ll be working my way through both inboxes no matter what.

On my health: Lots of folks sent me sweet supportive messages when the shop had to close, and I’m deeply grateful for the kindness of that. I’m still not entirely sure how much I want to share, but for now, I’ll just say that I’m doing okay, and I’m functioning.

On further updates & other questions: I will not be responding at all to:

🍁 requests for a special order form, free samples, or a free birthday bottle (unless it was missing from your order)

🍁 questions about re-opening and/or product availability

🍁 messages about custom scents

Final updates: Ajevie is carrying a portion of our catalog, so some oils can be purchased through them. Select scents will also be available through other avenues, starting in late October/early November. More details to come at a later date.
